an Innocent Life

watched the Simpsons Movie today and really loved it!!! but then i’ve been watching the series for a long time now. if u like mindless comedy which borders on the senseless this is it!!!! Green day sings the opening theme and watch out for the Spider Pig and Tom hanks is the other celebrity who features.  although Arnold Schwarezenger as President( not voiced by him) is good!!! Fave quote:”i became president to lead not to read” watch the movie. worth the munney!!! truly…
as a matter of fact i had been waiting to watch this movie for a long time and when it finally arrived strangelyin the middle of the week i was happy. but the problem remained on who to drag with me to the movie. no one seemed to be free or willing to sit through it so i decided to go on alone. Lucky me! i bumped into a bunch of old friends who were also gonna watch the movie..and in the interval i found that even a couple of my Neighbours(incidentally they are also my seniors in college too had come…!!! ) so that was quite a happy ending.

Now reading : “The five people you meet in Heaven” and “Catch-22″

hmm.. in the 5 months that i had my cellphone so far i never thought that i would really have one of those crazy experiences with it!!

this is a True Story:

on the way back home i tried calling my Dad so that i would know where they were. I had forgotten my House key and didnt want to wait outside the house for them to come home.Here’s what happened..

first call : im calling his number and suddenly i start hearing a caller tune “Yeh Dosti ..” . i wonder when did Dad get a caller tune???? then a pre-recorded voice tells me ” the Hutch number you are calling is currently busy.Please call again later.” now this stumped me cause i was calling a BSNL number!!!

second call: okay so i thought that was just a one of mistake .. so i called again . this time i hear ” the Hutch number you are trying to call is temporarily out of use”. okay this i again found to be really weird!!!

third and penultimate miss call( they were many more later actually) : this time i got the ringing tone but no one answered guess Dad had it on silent during Mass which he forgets to switch back to General.

so those were my misadventures of calling a Bsnl number using a Spice number and by mistake getting cross connected to Hutch numbers .

the day also ended with me outside without the key, scraped elbow from jumping the compound wall, getting drenched on the way to get the Band-aid…all in all ’twas ok i guess

Karthik : One of the People who have been an inspiration to me(kinda ) . He had a blog when he joined my class and well at that time i had just been playing around with the idea of setting up one myself at that time. I did set one up in due time and the result is in front of you..Karthik will remain the Guy who keeps me updated with the Latest Tech news and also is quite fun to chat with during all those Boring classes in College!!!! Here’s to all the meaningless as well as meaningful ideas we built along with the rest of the Guys during Classes… Cheers!!! gawd, am gonna miss you next year

Sindhu: This girl is the other one due to whom i started blogging(bumped into her due to me being a bit too curious :P) ) i Find her to be quite fun to be around..talkative is what she is and i dont mind coz people tell im too..a nice person to talk to and chill out with ..she for some reason seems to be always having crazy ideas ..some call her a geek( a lot of people actually ) and she loves Noodles and seems to be really active be it offline or online ..anyways Rock on!!!

Equi(Bhagavathi) : well i call her Equi( for some reason….) , now here’s someone i came across since i found her Blogger name intelligent and then i got kinda hooked onto her writing style..its quite melancholic and introspective. And someone who keeps sending the most interesting retorts to my messages. Some day i guess ill meet her but for now im glad that i came to know her.

Ajan : well this guy is just an awesome dude..i kinda relate a lot with him. Guys who seem to be as crazy as him dont actually read books( intelligent ones ..i mean :P) so thats something unique. Initially he didnt seem to blog very much and then suddenly now he’s writing a lot , a lot..might be something to do with the reason that he’s finally free from VTU!!! he seems to me to be quite a carefree and “where’s the party ??” guy to me..and well this is enough i guess

Adi (Advitiya): well this girl’s blog was one of the first blogs that i had started frequently early on when i started blogging..”harry potter meets Ekta kapoor” is one of my favorite posts of her’s. lately she seem s to be blogging a lot less…a harry potter fan completely!! also likes Johnny Depp!!! she’s one heck of a person and a lovely Blogger !!! me Hopes you ‘ll blog more k

Shruthi : this gurl’s writing is one of the newest of the newer ones that i really love!!!! just love the lucidity(both the posts and poems)!!!! well i find that she’s kinda multi-talented. She seems to be quite sure of what she wants from life. and for now thats all i can say….

Ram: a very versatile guy and i just love his “Rampi says…” . i came across his blog sometime in January when i started using Google reader( now i find it easier to go to the small bunch of blogs) and had subscribed to him and then i kinda forgot about him until last month!!!

Well these are the ones that i can actually write a lot about!! the others i havnt been talking to much ..so until then i wont be able to write much..so Sorry you guys

its been a very busy week!!! would have liked to blog about it but simply didnt get the time  whenever i did the current was playing Hide and Seek with me !!!!!

i Did the usual stuff..watch movies,read half a dozen books, party,bowling,gather music,Meeting up with Old friends and Teachers,…Blah Blah!!!! i went back to my PU college yesterday (11th and 12th) , where i had spent the 2 most best years of my Life….seriously speaking i do miss all the things that came with it…we lounged bit in th Bio Dept. ; our favorite hangout when we visit, One of the teachers had got a Nokia 6300 from her Fiance and everyone was looking at it. Our Sir then had Labs to attend and Shout at some people..which we stayed back to hear Nostalgic!!! the Bio labs,Dept.,and its young bunch of  teachers really is the coolest place to hang out!!!! So many Memories!!! ..then roamed the rest of the place, dropped by our Tuition’s Physics Sir, but couldnt stay since he had to take care of Labs…went back to the PU Physics, Chem and Math Dept. to say Hello to our old teachers..sharing stories and just the usual stuff then Back to the Bio Dept. coz i had left my Umbrella there… chatted some more aand then we had to go ..since one of us had to go back to Bangalore that evening.

The roads have been increasingly getting more and more congested due to the Concretising of the main roads which has led to the crowding up of every other small road in the vicinity with everyone trying to get out of there as fast as possible but seem to be failing miserably..!!!

AH!!! Holidays!!! Still 10 days to go
